New Year’s Resolution

Wayne has convinced me to stop using underscores in my code. From now on, it’s all dashes.

Grab a nice clean logo for PowerPoint

In order to get a graphic to look good at the custom size we would like, we need to start with the largest, cleanest image possible. The easiest way is to find a vector-based version of the client logo instead of the bitmap logos presented on webpages.

SVN as a Web Site Maintenence Tool

Branching and tagging are very basic and common practices in software development, but much less common in web site development. It’s hard to stress enough the benefit of having your web site under source control and being able to take advantage of all these capabilities.

Google Earth now available for OSX

I realize this has been out for a while now, but I have finally downloaded and installed it myself. The implementation is great and I have the last piece of the puzzle for a complete “switch” to using the iMac at home. There isn’t anything I need to get my work machine out for personal work or enjoyment now while at home.
