					<description>Good points about the genius of the Action model. I think it's the best model of what happens at the most base level to allow for maximum customization to any specific process.

If the model doesn't mirror every possible reality then the system will be abandonded and users will whip out their "killer-apps" of e-mail and Excel!</description>
