So, the conversation I have\u00a0had with several friends\u00a0lately regarding\u00a0Navigator’s aquisition goes like this:<\/p>\n

Me: Navigator was bought last week.\u00a0Now I work for Hitachi Consulting.<\/p>\n

Firend: Hitachi? Don’t they make\u00a0harddrives and TVs? Can you\u00a0get me an HDTV?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yes, they are the same company, but it’s a very big company (think the GE of Japan, they are both very diversified). Hitachi Consulting<\/a> is a global consultancy that’s the services division of the Hitachi<\/a> parent company. They now have offices worldwide with bases of operation in Japan, the US, and Europe<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I’m excited that Navigator is now part of Hitachi Consulting.
