But a few years ago they increased the price to $40, which IMHO is way too much to pay for a feature that should have already been included in MS Office.<\/p>\n<p>Enter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prall.net\/tools\/colorcop\/download.php\">Color Cop<\/a>, a freeware eyedropper for Windows. In the spirit of &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/37signals.com\/svn\/archives2\/getting_real_less_mass.php\" title=\"Less Mass on Signal vs. Noise at 37singals\">Getting Real<\/a>&#8221; (and unlike the bloated Color Impact app) it does just what you need and nothing else.
